The Process

INTERGEEN provides everything you need for a functional and cost-effective mezzanine floor, from initial quotation through to installation.

Each project is coordinated and controlled by a project manager, ensuring that you have a single point of contact throughout.

Site surveys and inspections are conducted within one week of the order being placed and are conducted by fully-qualified surveyors using the most accurate surveying equipment on the market. Having this expertise allows us to respond quickly and to ensure we fully understand the unique requirements of each site.

Data from the survey is fed into a proprietary mezzanine floor production system, producing fast and accurate quotations, production schedules, management information, detailed CAD drawings, materials procurement, manufacturing drawings and installation scheduling.

Fit Out & Refurbishment

To complement our mezzanine floors, we also specialise in the design, fit out and refurbishment of office and other work spaces, such as warehouses, factories etc.

We provide space planning and design services to create highly functional and attractive working environments. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Partitioning, including full height glass partitioning
• Ceilings, including suspended and feature ceilings
• Fire resistant walls, partitioning and ceilings
• Dry lining and feature wall coverings
• Smoke detection systems
• Power and data cabling

• Floor coverings, including carpet tiles, wood effect vinyl and wood

We have experience in incorporating of a range of energy efficient technologies, such Far Infrared heating, solar power, LED lighting and passive infrared (PIR), helping companies to reduce their energy bills and lower their carbon footprint.
